Dr. Zhang is a Licensed Professional Geologist of the State of California with 27 years of experience in water development, management and protection projects in U.S.A., Canada, Austria and China, with a special focus on karst geography and karst hydrology. His experience extends to all phases of project development process, from the initial planning phase through design, implement, and operations phases. Concerned the difficulties in water supply and reforest in desertified areas, notably the least developed areas, Dr. Zhang is practicing his new theory and approaches by pushing for sustainable water development. In the meantime, he is working on ecological rehabilitation and sustainable rural development.

Dr. David Wang is the President and Founder of Rehobo Laboratories and Advisor of Office of Chongqing Cloud Computing Work Leading Group. Prior to Rehobo Laboratories, he was Vice President at Zdsoft Tokyo, CEO and Co-founder of Movell, Director at InnoPath Software, Sr. Architect at DirecTV Broadband (a Hughes company), Sr. Manager at WaiLAN Communications, United States of America, Sr. Researcher at Labs of Image Information Science and Technology, Japan, and Researcher at Beijing Research Institute of Television and Acoustics, China. David received his Ph.D. in System Science and his MS in Electronic Engineering from Kobe University, Japan and his bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Huazhong University of Science and Technology, China.

Dr. Derek Ford is a world-renowned specialist in karst hydrogeology and geomorhology. After his Ph.D. studies in Oxford University, England, he has spent most of his professional career in McMaster University, Canada, and received the rank of Professor Emeritus there. Dr. Ford was the President of International Union of Speleology and the President of Canadian Association of Geographers and is a member of Governing Board and Senate of McMaster University, Canada. Dr. Ford keeps active of global dimension as a consultant for a number of organizations and governmental agencies, including federal and provincial Parks authorities in Canada, Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council of Canada, Canadian Foundation for Innovation, National Science Foundation, USA, Natural Environmental Research Council of Great British, Commonwealth Scientific and Industrial Research Councils of Australia and New Zealand, Ministry of Environment and Ministry of Construction of Peoples' Republic of China, and Ministry of Environment of Hungary. He is also a consultant for UNESCO World Heritage and International Geopark programs

Dr. Berthold Bauer's main research fields include Erosion and ecology, alternative energy and ecology, and geomorphological mapping. His professional work started from 1967, teaching and research at University of Economics Vienna (Austria), Wayne State University (Michigan, USA), California State University (Los Angeles, USA), and University of Vienna (Austria), till 2005 when he retired from University of Vienna. He was Member in University Commissions in the Faculty (Structure, Building, Teaching, Budget etc. Dr. Bauer is active internationally as the Secretary General of IGU Commission Geomorpological Mapping and Research, seminar instructor in Maracay (Venezuela) and Bangkok (Thailand). He is Board Member of the Austrian Institute of Central Europe and the Danube Region.

Dr. Klaus Frohlich worked as a full Professor of Applied Physics and Director of the Institute of Physics in Technical University of Freiberg, Germany, for 9 years, and then, served IAEA (International Atomic Energy Agency) as a Senior Officer from 1988 to 1994 and the Head of the Isotope Hydrology Section from 1994 to 1999 when he retired. But he has been continuing his service with IAEA as an Expert/Consultant in Isotope Hydrology till now. His international activities include Member of the Editorial board of the Journal of Environmental Radioactivity, Reviewer of international scientific journals including "Journal of Geophysical Research", "Journal of Hydrology", "Hydrogeology Journal", "Journal of Environmental Geology", "Journal of Environmental Radioactivity", Editor of "Environmental Radionuclides - Tracers and Timers of Terrestrial Processes", Co-editor of "Isotopes in the Water Cycle - Past, Present and Future of a Developing Science", and Co-author of an IAEA Guidebook on "Dating of old Groundwater".
